1. Scope of Application
NAVEE provides after-sales service in accordance with applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This policy applies to NAVEE Electric Golf Trolleys purchased through official NAVEE or authorised retailers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Products purchased through unauthorised sellers are not covered.
Warranty service is available only in the country of purchase (UK or Ireland).
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1 General Warranty
If a product develops a manufacturing defect under normal use within the warranty period, NAVEE or its authorised service partner will repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty periods:
Battery & Frame – 3 Years
Other Components – 1 Year
(Front wheel set, Rear wheel set, Anti-roll wheel, Charger, Remote control, Net bags, Umbrella holder, Cup holder, Phone holder and Elastic rope hook)
Warranty begins the day after purchase (or delivery for online orders).
If proof of purchase is unavailable, the warranty start date will default to 3 months after manufacture.
2.2 Battery Warranty (Extended Terms)
- Standard battery warranty: 3 years
- Extended battery warranty: 5 years total (additional 2 years)
To qualify for the extended warranty, the battery must be registered within 45 days of purchase. Please register your device here.
Covers: Manufacturing defects under normal use
Does NOT cover: Charger, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or commercial use
Replacements or repairs do not reset the warranty period. Shipping charges for replacement batteries may apply at NAVEE’s discretion.
3. Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK law, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
4. Non-Warranty Coverage
Warranty does not apply where:
- Warranty period has expired
- Proof of purchase is missing or invalid
- Damage is caused by misuse, neglect, or improper use
- Accidental, impact, or liquid damage occurs
- Instructions or maintenance guidelines are not followed
- The product is used outside normal conditions
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications are made
- Serial numbers are altered or removed
- The product is used commercially
- Normal wear and tear occurs
Chargeable repair services may still be available.

6. Before You Submit a Claim (Checklist)
To help process your request quickly, please have the following ready:
- Product model and serial number (photo preferred)
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Description of the fault (including when it started)
- Photos/videos showing the issue and product condition
- Return address and contact number
7. Submitting a Warranty Claim
All warranty and repair requests must be submitted via the online contact form linked above.
Please ensure you include:
- Your full name, address, and phone number
- Product model, serial number, and purchase date
- Retailer or reseller name
- Clear description of the fault
- Proof of purchase
- Supporting photos or videos
Once your request has been reviewed, you will be contacted with the next steps, including any reference or case number and shipping or collection instructions if required.
8. What Happens Next
a) Assessment: Warranty eligibility is checked
b) RMA Issued: You receive a Case/RMA number and instructions
c) Shipping / Collection: Follow provided instructions exactly & do not send items without authorisation
d) Inspection & Repair: If covered → repair/replacement. If not covered → quotation provided before work. On average, the repair should take around 1 week, excluding shipping times.
e) Return Delivery: The product is returned once completed
9. Packaging & Shipping Guidelines
- Clearly display the RMA number on the box
- Use secure packaging with padding
- Include only requested items
- Remove personal items and accessories
- Keep tracking details
10. Republic of Ireland (ROI) Customers
Use the same contact details. Shipping method and any customs requirements will be provided after RMA issuance
11. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Out-of-warranty repairs are available on a paid basis, including parts, labour & shipping. No repair will proceed without customer approval. If the same issue recurs within 3 months, repair will be free of charge.
12. Liability
Nothing in this policy excludes liability where prohibited by law. To the extent permitted NAVEE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to repair or replacement
