Remote Connection Issues

If you are experiencing issues with the remote connecting to the trolley, please see the below:
- Please press any button on the remote to see if the blue indicator is working. If yes, then it means the remote is OK. If not, please charge it and check again.

2. Please check if there are both the remote battery level and connection logo on the screen, as below:

If there is no battery level or there is only connection logo, then we have to repair the remote, as below:

3. To repair the remote, we need to reset the connection:
- First restart the device. Even better would be reloading the battery then turning it on.
- Second, press the "+" button below the LED screen. At the same time, quickly press the red power assist button 5 times, then you will hear the "bi" sound.
- Third, get the remote and quickly press the 3 line button 5 times, then you will hear the "bi" sound, and you should see the connection logo flashing on the screen:

- Once you see it flashing, press the power on/off button 1 time.
- Finally, you should see both the remote battery level and connection logo there, then it should work.
